Marketing Plan to Sell Your Property

When I list a property, I send out post cards to all the sellers in the project or subdivision. Very often they have a friend that is looking to buy and they can let them know of the property  for sale in their neighborhood. We get good response from post cards, so it definately helps in promoting your property. I will always put the property on broker caravan at the earliest possible date, so that all agents can be familiar with your property and they can call or email their potenial buyers. Your property goes into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), my website, the Riffel Real Estate website, and the Real Estate Book magazine and website. I also include a Virtual Tour for all properties and this is included in the MLS and web marketing. Between the photos, the time, the websites, advertising, I spend close to $1000 getting your property exposed within the first two weeks of having it listed.
